We’ve seen how microblading and nanoblading can help you achieve shapely, full brows with precise detail that makes them look like real hair. Besides these two procedures, there is also an option called Powder Brows.
Powder Brows are another technique used by those who prefer to have a solid-looking brow or brows with a base color. They lack definition of individual hair strokes entirely but if you want to have a semi-permanent makeup application done to enhance your brows, this technique may be for you.
Known also as Ombre-brows, they start off darker and fade with time and are applied with a digital machine that has many micro-needles to create a shaded effect. Preparing for Ombre-brows is the same as microblading and nanoblading in that you will consult with me to get the exact shape you would like, and then we begin!
Numbing cream can be applied, but that all depends on the individual’s threshold of pain. Be sure to avoid touching your brows after the procedure is done because after all, you have just tattooed your skin and you may create an infection. Six to eight weeks after your initial procedure, come back for a touch up because then all the skin shedding and scabbing will be complete and we will have a better picture of how your brows look in terms of desired shade.
As always, if you have any questions, feel free to get in touch because your Confidence is my Business!
