IMPORTANT – Not All Microneedling is the Same!

Only licensed medical-grade devices deliver proven results and guaranteed client safety. These devices are only available to qualified technicians and are significantly more costly than imitations—explaining why some microneedling treatments are priced higher. Unlicensed devices or those sold under individual or home-use registrations can be dangerous to your health and may negatively affect your results.

What is Microneedling?

Microneedling, also known as collagen induction therapy, is a form of controlled injury to the skin. The procedure uses multiple microneedles to vertically pierce the skin, creating tiny wounds. During the skin’s natural healing process, collagen and elastin production is stimulated to smooth and refine the skin’s surface.

Microneedling is a quick, safe, non-ablative treatment. A topical numbing agent is applied before the procedure. No significant downtime is required. Typically, there is minor to moderate swelling and/or redness following the treatment. Your skin may feel and look warm—much like a mild sunburn. This usually subsides within a few hours but may last up to 24–48 hours.

A post-treatment serum will be applied to promote healing and protect the skin. The microneedling procedure can be performed every 4 weeks.

Please Note - It is recommended to complete a series of at least 4 treatments spaced 4–6 weeks apart, with occasional maintenance treatments thereafter.

Is Microneedling Painful?

Let’s be honest… yes, there can be some discomfort, as microneedling involves numerous tiny needles piercing the skin. That said, the level of discomfort is subjective and depends on your personal pain tolerance. To minimize discomfort, a topical numbing cream will be applied before your treatment, allowing you to relax and enjoy the benefits of the procedure.
